What it's actually made of

Most gift sites won't tell you, so here it is.

Every piece we ship is 316L surgical-grade stainless steel — the same steel used for medical instruments. Gold pieces are electroplated with real 18K yellow gold. It's low-nickel, so it won't irritate her skin or leave a green mark, and it won't tarnish the way cheap plating does.

It is not solid gold. We'd rather tell you that now than have you find out when it arrives.

How long will it take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days: 2 to 5 business days to make it in our US facility, then 2 to 5 days in the mail. Priority shipping at checkout cuts that to about 4 to 7 business days.

Where is it made?

In the United States. Every piece is produced and shipped from our US facility. Nothing comes from overseas.

What if I spell a name wrong?

We engrave exactly what you type, so read the names back once before you order. Your confirmation email shows the exact spelling — if something is wrong, email us within 12 hours and we'll fix it before it goes to engraving. If the engraving doesn't match what you typed, send us a photo and we remake it free.

Will it come ready to give?

Yes. It ships in its gift box with the message card already inside. You don't need to wrap anything.

Can I return it?

Personalized pieces can't be resold, so we don't take them back for a change of mind. If the engraving is wrong or the piece arrives damaged, send us a photo and we replace it free.
